FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working with Nevriq.

Getting Started

How long does implementation take?

Most projects go from discovery to production in 4-12 weeks, depending on complexity. Support Copilot typically ships in 4-6 weeks, while more complex multi-workflow implementations take 8-12 weeks.

Do I need to change my existing tools?

No. Nevriq integrates with your existing stack—Intercom, Zendesk, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more. We work with what you have, not against it.

What if we're not sure which solution fits?

Start with our free Fit & ROI Assessment. We'll analyze your workflows and recommend the highest-impact first project with expected outcomes and timeline.

Pricing & ROI

How is pricing structured?

We use productized sprints (fixed scope, fixed price) plus optional monthly AI Ops retainers. Starter projects begin at $8,000, with Growth and Scale tiers for more complex needs.

What ROI can I expect?

Typical outcomes include 40-70% reduction in support workload, 3x faster response times, and measurable improvements in CSAT. We establish baselines and track ROI from day one.

Is there a monthly commitment?

The initial sprint is a one-time project fee. Monthly AI Ops (monitoring, tuning, improvements) is optional but recommended for ongoing optimization.

Technical & Security

How do you ensure AI accuracy?

Every deployment includes evaluation baselines, confidence gating (uncertain responses get human review), and continuous monitoring. We don't ship AI that guesses—we ship AI that knows when to escalate.

Where does my data go?

Your data stays in your infrastructure or your preferred cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). We don't store customer data on our systems. All integrations use encrypted connections.

Is this compliant with SOC 2 / HIPAA / GDPR?

Yes. We deploy on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure and can work within HIPAA and GDPR requirements. We'll document compliance needs during discovery.

Support & Maintenance

What happens after launch?

You get a production-hardened system with monitoring dashboards, documentation, and team training. Optional AI Ops retainers include ongoing tuning, drift detection, and feature expansion.

Can we make changes after deployment?

Absolutely. The system is designed for iteration. Monthly retainers include prompt tuning, workflow adjustments, and performance improvements based on real usage data.

What if something goes wrong?

All deployments include confidence gating and human escalation paths. If the AI is uncertain, it routes to your team automatically. Plus, monitoring alerts catch issues before they impact users.
